STUDENT CODE OF CONDUCT

Hitmaker Kids is committed to providing a safe, supportive, and inspiring creative environment for all students.

​

Participation in the program requires respectful behavior and responsible online conduct.

​

1. EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

 

Students agree to:

  • Attend sessions on time

  • Participate actively and respectfully

  • Listen to mentor feedback

  • Complete creative assignments

  • Communicate politely during sessions

2. ONLINE SESSION RULES

 

Because sessions take place via Zoom:

  • Camera must remain on unless otherwise agreed.

  • Students must be in a quiet, distraction-free space.

  • Session links may not be shared with others.

  • Recording sessions without written permission is prohibited.

 

3. RESPECT & SAFETY

The following behaviors are not permitted:

  • Disruptive or inappropriate conduct

  • Harassment, bullying, or disrespect

  • Inappropriate language

  • Sharing private information

  • Misuse of chat or messaging features

 

Hitmaker Kids maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or unsafe behavior.

 

4. CREATIVE INTEGRITY

 

Students must:

  • Submit original creative work

  • Respect intellectual property

  • Not copy or distribute Hitmaker Kids materials

 

5. CONSEQUENCES

 

If a student violates this Code of Conduct:

  • A warning may be issued.

  • Parents may be notified.

  • Continued violations may result in termination of enrollment without refund.

 

6. PARENT SUPPORT

 

Parents agree to:

  • Reinforce respectful conduct

  • Provide appropriate supervision

  • Support their child’s adherence to program expectations

 

7. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

 

By enrolling, parents and students acknowledge and agree to comply with this Code of Conduct.
