HITMAKER KIDS
FINANCE POLICY & PAYMENT AGREEMENT

1. AGREEMENT TO FINANCIAL TERMS​

 

This Finance Policy & Payment Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“Parent” or “Guardian”) and Hitmaker Kids (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

​

By enrolling a student in the Hitmaker Kids program, selecting a payment option, or submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these financial terms.

​

If you do not agree, you must not proceed with enrollment.

​

2. PROGRAM TUITION

 

The total tuition for the 8-week Hitmaker Kids program is:

$2,400 USD per student

​

Tuition includes:

  • Eight (8) one-on-one live songwriting sessions

  • Guided instruction and feedback

  • Development of one original K-Pop song

  • A professionally produced backing track

  • Certificate of completion

 

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).

 

3. PAYMENT OPTIONS

 

Option A: Pay in Full

Families may choose to pay the full tuition upfront.

  • Total Due: $2,400 USD

  • No deposit required.

  • Enrollment is confirmed once full payment is received.

 

Early Full Payment Discount

The first six (6) students who complete full payment may receive a $400 discount.

  • Discounted Total: $2,000 USD

  • Availability is limited and determined by payment timestamp.

  • Discount is not guaranteed once places are filled.

Option B: Two-Installment Payment Plan

Families may choose a two-installment option.

Total paid under installment plan: $2,400 USD

​

Payments are structured as follows:

  • $300 non-refundable enrollment deposit

  • $1,050 first installment (due at enrollment)

  • $1,050 second installment (due one month later)

 
Important:

Upon acceptance into the program, families selecting the installment plan must pay:

The $300 deposit PLUS the first $1,050 installment within 48 hours of acceptance.

​

The deposit is applied toward the total program cost.

​

The second installment of $1,050 will be processed automatically one (1) month after enrollment using the original payment method provided at checkout.

​

By selecting the installment plan, you provide express authorization for Hitmaker Kids and its third-party payment provider to automatically charge the remaining balance.

​

Failure of the automatic payment due to insufficient funds, expired cards, or declined transactions does not cancel the financial obligation. The full tuition remains due.

 

4. AUDITION APPLICATION FEE

 

A $50 non-refundable audition application fee is required at the time of submission.

​

This fee:

  • Covers the evaluation of audition materials

  • Covers administrative review

  • Does not guarantee acceptance

  • Is non-refundable under all circumstances

 

5. PAYMENT DEADLINES

 

Once a student has been accepted into the program:

  • Families choosing Pay in Full must complete full payment within 48 hours.

  • Families selecting the Installment Plan must complete the $300 deposit plus the first $1,050 installment within 48 hours.

 

If payment is not received within 48 hours, the student’s place may be released and offered to another applicant.

Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful receipt of required payment.

 

6. PAYMENT METHODS

 

All payments must be made securely through the official Hitmaker Kids online payment portal available on our website.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • JCB

  • Diners Club

  • Discover

  • Visa Electron

  • Maestro

 
Digital Wallets

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

 
Online Payment Services

  • PayPal

 

All transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment providers.

 

Hitmaker Kids does not store full credit card details.

 

Parents are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Payment details provided at checkout are accurate and remain valid for the duration of the installment plan

  • Sufficient funds are available at the time of each scheduled charge

  • The automatic second installment payment can be successfully processed using the original payment method on file

 

If an automatic payment fails due to insufficient funds, expired cards, or declined transactions, the outstanding balance remains due and must be resolved promptly.

 

7. NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY

 

Due to the limited and exclusive nature of one-on-one placements:

​

All payments are non-refundable.

 

This includes:

  • Full tuition payments

  • Installment payments

  • Enrollment deposits

  • Audition application fees

 

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Missed sessions

  • Withdrawal after program start

  • Partial completion

 

Each student’s spot is reserved exclusively and cannot be resold once confirmed.

 

8. MEDICAL EMERGENCY EXCEPTION

 

Refund consideration may be granted only in the case of a documented medical emergency.

​

Requirements:

  • Official medical documentation must be provided.

  • Approval is at the sole discretion of Hitmaker Kids.

  • Approved refunds may be prorated.

  • Administrative fees may apply.

 

No other exceptions will be made.

 

9. MISSED SESSIONS & ADDITIONAL FEES

 

Sessions are reserved exclusively for each student.

​

Rescheduling is permitted only:

  • With at least 48 hours’ notice

  • Maximum of two (2) reschedules per student

 

Missed sessions without notice are forfeited.

 

Families may request an additional make-up session for non-medical absences:

  • Subject to availability

  • Fee: $150 per additional session

 

Make-up sessions are not guaranteed.

 

Missed sessions do not qualify for refunds or credits.

 

10. LATE OR FAILED PAYMENTS

 

If an installment payment fails:

  • The Parent will be notified.

  • Payment must be resolved within 48 hours.

 

Failure to resolve outstanding balances may result in:

  • Suspension of sessions

  • Removal from the program

  • Denial of access to materials

  • Referral to collections if necessary

 

Full tuition remains due even if participation is suspended due to non-payment.

 

11. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

 

By enrolling, you agree to contact Hitmaker Kids directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute.

​

Improper chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate termination from the program

  • Recovery of fees

  • Collection costs

  • Administrative penalties

 

12. PROGRAM CANCELLATION BY HITMAKER KIDS

 

Hitmaker Kids reserves the right to cancel or postpone an intake due to:

  • Insufficient enrollment

  • Instructor illness

  • Technical issues

  • Force majeure events

 

In such cases, families will be offered:

  • Transfer to the next available intake, or

  • A refund of payments made

 

This is the only circumstance under which refunds may be issued outside of documented medical emergencies.

 

13. NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOME

 

Payment of tuition does not guarantee:

  • Admission (audition approval required)

  • Recording contracts

  • Entertainment industry access

  • Career outcomes

 

Hitmaker Kids is an independent educational program.

 

14. GOVERNING LAW

 

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America.
